Listening Session About Teacher Resignations In Tosa Scheduled
A principal and two teachers resigned from Jefferson Elementary School in October.
WAUWATOSA, WI—A listening session regarding current challenges at a Wauwatosa elementary school is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Jefferson Elementary School located at 6927 Maple Terrace.
Superintendent of the Wauwatosa School District, Demond Means along with district administrators, will host a listening session for all families.
A principal and two teachers resigned from the school in October, according to a letter from Jennifer Fotsch, director of human resources.

The letter, which was addressed to the Jefferson school community, announced Jennifer Schultz, decided to end her tenure as principal. Second grade teacher Josh Heisdorf and fifth grade teacher Sam Hett both also resigned.
"The purpose of this event is to answer community questions, strengthen our partnership and discuss potential solutions to the current challenges at Jefferson," the agenda said.
