Mini Donut Stand Will Sweeten Mayfair Mall
Mini donuts will be made on the spot a new restaurant in Mayfair Mall this summer.

WAUWATOSA, WI — A mini donut franchise plans to open inside of Mayfair Mall this summer.
Laura Martinez Bravo and Michael Karolewicz plan to open Doughnuttery, a New York-based sugared mini donut restaurant, inside of the Mayfair Mall at 2500 N. Mayfair Rd. This will be the first Doughnuttery to open in Wisconsin.
The restaurant will serve special mini donut flavors like salted caramel, apple cider, fruity cereal and green tea buzz. Traditional flavors like cinnamon, powdered and regular sugar will be served as well. Beverages like hot drip coffee, hot chocolate, iced tea and lemonade will be available to fit the season.

The restaurant will host a soft opening on June 10 and a grand opening the following day, Karolewicz told Patch.
Business hours will match the Mayfair Mall's regular hours: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Friday to Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Delivery and catering options will be available as well.

The stand will be located by the Urban Outfitters on the lower level of the mall. Mayfair Mall is still one of the busiest markets in the metro Milwaukee area and represents the city as a whole, Karolewicz said.
Karolewicz and Martinez Bravo discovered Doughnuttery while walking in Chelsea Market in New York City.
"We were jaw dropped by the different and exclusive flavors," Karolewicz told Patch.
