WAUWATOSA, WI — Two teens were accused of stealing a car, a dog bit a man and his dog, and police arrested a man who led a chase that ended in a crash in police logs from June 17 to Thursday.

Two teens were accused of stealing a Kia Forte in the 2600 block of 72nd Sreet on June 18, police logs showed. The teens broke the rear driver-side window, police said.

Wauwatosa police arrested a Milwaukee man after he was accused of leading police on a pursuit, which ended in a crash and a foot chase near W. Center Street and N. 27th Street on June 20, police logs showed.

Dog Bites Man, Other Dog

A pit bull mix dog bit a Wauwatosa man and his dog near Congress Street and Glenway Street on June 19, police logs showed.

Thieves Steal Catalytic Converters

Thieves stole catalytic converters from residents' cars on three different days, police said. Someone stole one from a resident's car in the 11000 block of W. Burleigh Street on June 17, police logs showed.

In a different incident, a thief stole a catalytic converter from a Wauwatosa woman's car in the 9700 block of Wisconsin Avenue on June 20, police logs showed.

In a third incident, someone took a catalytic converter off a car in the 10700 block of W. Research Drive on Tuesday, police logs showed. There was no surveillance video and no witnesses.
