Tosa Classic Village: Expect Road Closures In June
Village roads will close later this month for a bike race tour.

WAUWATOSA, WI — The city will close six roads in the Village when a cycling series visits town later this month.
Parts of State Street, N. 72nd Street, Harmonee Avenue and Wauwatosa Avenue will close for a Tour of America's Dairyland bike race in the Village of Wauwatosa from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on June 27.
Access to the village will be limited and mainly foot traffic for preparation and clean up of the bike race, the city said. Parking will also be limited.

The city said residents. businesses and visitors are encouraged to park in Hart Park, Hart Park Lane and in the parking lots on the south side of the train tracks.
The city said that "No parking" signs will be posted on the race course in the late evening of June 26. Any vehicles parked on the race course will be towed.

Here's a list of all the streets that will be closed for the race course June 27:
- Harmonee Avenue from Wauwatosa Avenue to Underwood Avenue
- Underwood Avenue from Harmonee Avenue to State Street
- State Street from Underwood Avenue to N. 72nd Street
- N. 72nd Street from State Street to Blanchard Street
- Blanchard Street from N. 72nd Street to Wauwatosa Avenue
- Wauwatosa Avenue from Blanchard Street to Harmonee Avenue
Streets inside of the race course will be closed as well:
- Harwood Avenue from State Street to Wauwatosa Avenue
- N. 74th Street from State Street to Blanchard Street
- St. James Street from N. 72nd Street to N. 74th Street
The City of Wauwatosa has posted a map of the race route.
Tour of America's Dairyland is an 11-day road cycle race presented by Kwik Trip. The race visits other Wisconsin locations like Janesville, East Troy and Manitowoc. This is the 12th season of the series.
