Residents of Natrona County may attend and speak for or against the moratorium being considered.

A public hearing will be held by the Natrona County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 5:30 pm in District Courtroom #1 on the second floor of the County Courthouse, 200 North Center Street, Casper, Wyoming for review and consideration of the proposed Casper Mountain Development Moratorium.

The Board of Commissioners will consider enacting a moratorium on all development applications including subdivision and re-zonings within Ranges 78W, 79W and 80W, Township 32N for a period of six (6) months, or until the adoption of the updated Casper Mountain Land Use Plan and the amended Natrona County Zoning Resolution, whichever is sooner.
