Laramie County man charged with aggravated assault in road rage incidents (capcity.news) — Cheyenne police arrested a 24-year-old Laramie County man after multiple drivers reported a red SUV driving aggressively and allegedly brandishing a handgun around Central Avenue, Yellowstone Road, and East Lincolnway. Officers say the situation escalated into a physical confrontation outside a Deming Boulevard home before they stopped the vehicle nearby, recovered a loaded handgun, and took the suspect into custody. He remains presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

Laramie County commissioners approve Canyon Ridge Road name change, grant delay for The Life (capcity.news) — Laramie County commissioners in Cheyenne have postponed a decision on The Life, a proposed four-lot residential subdivision off the I‑25 Service Road, pushing the hearing to Jan. 20. They also unanimously approved renaming Vada Rae Court to Canyon Ridge in Lone Tree Ridge Estates, meaning at least one nearby resident will see a formal address change.
