- A Birmingham nonprofit is packing first aid kits for Ukraine amid the ongoing conflict. HUB Worldwide's Birmingham warehouse raised over $3,000 through a social media campaign to buy medical supplies for 50 first aid kits. - Next Friday, Mar. 18, the City of Birmingham will declare its inaugural day of celebration for Reverend Fred Shuttlesworth.
