Hoover Shopping Center Set For Redevelopment
The Crossroads at Greystone will soon be redeveloped into a medically focused center.
HOOVER, AL — A Hoover shopping center will soon have a new look and new tenants, as several medical groups in Birmingham have come together to redevelop The Crossroads at Greystone into a medically focused center, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
The Crossroads at Greystone LLC sold the 50,000-square-foot retail center in August 2021 for $3.87 million, the BBJ reports.
Medical groups involved in the redevelopment include Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center, Skin Wellness Dermatology, AllerVie Health and Birmingham Orthodontics.
