Mixed-Use Development In Works On John Hawkins Parkway
Nearly 40 acres of land along John Hawkins Parkway may become the site for a mixed-use development.
HOOVER, AL — The Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission approved a resurvey of 39 acres along John Hawkins Parkway to make way for a mixed-use project. The development would include apartments, an assisted living facility, a hotel and an office building, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
The Dobbins Group will develop a 272-unit apartment complex and a 180-unit assisted living facility, while Charles Kessler will develop a 96-room hotel and an office building, according to the BBJ report.
