Saw's BBQ To Open New Hoover Location

HOOVER, AL — One of Birmingham's most popular barbecue joints is building a new location in Hoover. Saw's BBQ will construction on its new location in Riverchase Village in September, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.

Neil Patel, the new location's franchisee, will have 20 to 25 employees on hand in the 3,300-square-foot restaurant. It is slated to open this fall.

"I chose Riverchase because of the high traffic volume, as well as being able to serve residents in other surrounding cities near Hoover," Patel told the BBJ. "Another reason why I chose Riverchase is because the area has always had an abundance of dining choices, but there’s not currently a dining experience like SAW'S BBQ, and we want that to become a reality."
