City Of Mobile Police Department: Downtown Underage Drinking Operation
This operation checked six different locations to see if the businesses would sell alcohol to minors.

On July 29, 2021, the Mobile Police Department and ABC State Inspectors conducted an underage drinking operation. This operation checked six different locations to see if the businesses would sell alcohol to minors. As a result, we found Veet's Bar and Grill at 66 S. Royal Street, Noble South at 203 Dauphin Street, and Gabriel's at 55 S. Joachim Street in violation.

Heroe's Restaurant at 273 Dauphin Street, B-Bob's at 213 Conti Street, and Flip Side at 54 S. Conception Street correctly identified the minor and did not sell the alcohol. The employees that were found to be out of compliance will have warrants signed for their arrest.
The Mobile Police Department will continue to complete compliance checks to find businesses selling alcohol to minors. If anyone has information about a business selling to minors, please call the Mobile Police Department at 208-7211, or tips can be given through www.mobilepd.org.
