  1. Phoenix was named the sixth most festive city in America by a new report by Thumbtack, an app used for individuals to find professionals for various projects. The report was compiled using project data collected throughout the year. The report indicates that Austin, TX, is the most festive city in America. Click the link to view the full list.   2. 7-Eleven's Project A-Game has made a donation to the Phoenix Police Foundation. The $3,000 donation will be used to assist the Phoenix Police Department's cadet program, which supports children interested in law enforcement. Project A-Game is 7-Eleven's community outreach program. (Daily Independent)
  3. A Phoenix woman has been sentenced to five years in prison for committing Paycheck Protection Program loan fraud. Celestine Coletta Strong, 46 years old, has also been ordered to pay $327,448 in restitution. She will also need to surrender her two vehicles. She received the loans by falsifying employee information, wage information, and bank statements. (Arizona's Family)
