Another unidentified man was found Sunday near 35th Avenue and Indian School Road. Authorities have not yet identified either man or determined how they died, and the investigation continues.

Staff stress that pets shouldn’t be impulsive gifts, while a new Friends of Animal Care and Control nonprofit will soon fund spay-neuter, microchips, and vaccine events to keep more animals out of shelters.
   

4. Sky Harbor debuts way to find parking in Terminal 3 garage (ktar.com) — Driving to Phoenix Sky Harbor’s Terminal 3 will soon get easier thanks to a new real-time parking guidance system with red and green lights and online space counts.
