Here are the top three stories in Phoenix today:
- The City of Phoenix will be hosting the APS Electric Light Parade on Saturday, Dec. 3. The parade's Grand Marshal will be the Super Bowl LVII official mascot, Spike. - The Arizona International Auto Show has returned to Phoenix this weekend. The event will run through Sunday at the Phoenix Convention Center. The event was canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Ticket details are available at the link. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
- According to the National Association of Home Builders' latest report, only 22.5 percent of Phoenix homes are affordable to a median family income. Phoenix home prices have started to taper offer, however. Despite the tapering, Phoenix's affordability has fallen to its lowest level in more than 10 years. (AZ Big Media)
