  1. Gila River Indian Community recently began construction of its fourth Phoenix-area casino. The $150 million casino will have more than 850 slots and table games and multiple dining options. This is the tribe's third casino in the Chandler area. (Associated Press)
  2. A legally blind street vendor who sells mops and brooms from the sidewalk in west Phoenix shows passion, determination and resilience every day. Marco Zepeda has been supporting his family, including five children, through his street sales for the past two years. (ABC15 Arizona)
  3. A beagle named "Wolfgang" went through an incredible weight loss journey after a local couple fostered and then adopted him. When they got him, the dog weighed 90 lbs. He's now down to 32. The couple hopes his story will inspire others to help their pets get to a healthy weight. (FOX 10 News Phoenix)
  4. The prize money from a $1 million Powerball ticket sold in Scottsdale in May has still not been claimed. The winner, who bought the ticket at a Circle K on May 21, has until Nov. 18 to produce their ticket and claim the prize. (Patch)
