Crash Causes Traffic Restrictions On 51st Avenue

PHOENIX, AZ — A collision near the intersection of 51st Avenue and Clarendon Avenue sent a woman to the hospital and slowed traffic for several hours Tuesday, according to police.

Police expected traffic on 51st Avenue from Indian School Road to Osborn Road to be restricted for several hours Tuesday afternoon after the crash.

A woman involved in the two-vehicle collision was taken to the hospital, and police said she was in extremely critical condition.
