Here are the top three stories in Phoenix today:
- The "Share The Warmth" holiday coat drive is asking Phoenix residents to donate winter clothes. Collected items will be distributed to local children in need. Donations will be collected through Dec. 12. Donation drop-off details are available at the link. (Arizona's Family)
- A Maricopa County Judge has sentenced Devon Ray Sharma to 20 years in prison for sexual exploitation of a minor and sex trafficking. This is the maximum sentence that Sharma can serve under the plea agreement. When Sharma is released from prison, he will be required to register as a sex offender. - Metro Phoenix's housing inventory has increased by 136.6 percent in 2022, according to a report from Phoenix REALTORS. The organization recently released Phoenix real estate data for Oct. 2022. The data indicates that sales in Maricopa County and the surrounding area are down 24.6 percent this year to date. (AZ Big Media)
