No Threat Found In Terminal 4: Some Flights Were Delayed
Some portions of the terminal were closed this morning while Phoenix police investigated a potential threat.

PHOENIX, AZ — Terminal 4 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is reopened after being closed for around an hour this morning while Phoenix police investigated a potential threat.
Some flights are delayed and Sky Harbor recommends that travelers with tickets for today check with their airline for their flight's status before heading to the airport, said airport Public Information Officer Gregory Roybal.
Phoenix police arrived at 10 a.m. to the south curb of Sky Harbor’s Terminal 4 on level 1 to investigate an item there as a precaution, Roybal said. The airport cleared and closed parts of baggage claim and ticketing during that time, also as a precaution. The situation was resolved around 50 minutes later, Roybal said, and the airport began a return to normal operations.
