Here are the top three stories in Phoenix today:
- According to AgenStory, the number of real estate agents operating in Phoenix has dropped by 34 percent since September. The Florida-based data company tracks "active agents" as the number of real estate agents selling homes in the calendar year. The decline in active agents is due to a decrease in demand due to high interest rates. (Subscription: The Business Journals)
- Trevor Noah has announced that his "Off the Record" tour will be stopping in Arizona next year. He will be performing at the Arizona Financial Theatre on Oct. 20, 2023. Tickets for the performance will be going on sale this Thursday. Click for ticket information. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
- This year's Electric Light Parade's theme will be "Light Up The Night." The parade will be held on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 7:00 p.m. The parade will be starting at Central Ave. and Montebello Ave. It will end at 7th St. and Indian School Rd. Click for parade road closures. (City of Phoenix)
