Here are the top three stories today in Phoenix:
- On Monday morning, Phoenix police arrested multiple patients at the Arizona State Hospital. Police and hospital officials confirmed that three patients were arrested after they barricaded themselves, held staff against their will, and threatened them with make-shift weapons inside the state hospital’s forensic unit. - Phoenix police arrested a man who was caught recording a teenager in a changing room. On Oct. 28, a 16-year-old girl discovered a phone with a black case propped up against the divider of the changing room; the phone was actively recording. In addition to the footage of the 16-year-old, police allegedly found footage from roughly 30 minutes earlier of an unknown woman as well. The defendant has been booked into jail on a charge of unlawful viewing or recording of a person. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
