  1. Industrial developer and asset manager, CapRock Partners, announced Tuesday the largest speculative industrial real estate project in the history of Phoenix. CapRock plans to transform a large site in southwest Phoenix into an eight-building industrial warehouse complex made up of a total of 3.4 million square feet. (AZ Big Media)
  2. A man who police say caused a deadly crash in Phoenix Monday had methamphetamine in his system, according to court documents. Police say that the driver ran a red light that he did not see just before the collision. (AZFamily)
  3. Phoenix Fan Fusion 2022 has been rescheduled, moving from January to May, due to the growing spread of the COVID-19 delta variant. The geeky event was last held in 2019 as last year's convention was canceled and a potential event this year was pushed back to 2022. (Phoenix New Times)
  4. Miguel Angulo was the first Phoenix firefighter to die of COVID-19. He lost his long battle with the virus on Monday. Angulo spent most of his career working at Station 25 in Maryvale.(Phoenix Patch)
