Here are the top three stories today in Phoenix:
- According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index, Phoenix home prices have been steadily declining. The valley's average home price has declined by 2.2 percent from August to September. The median home price in Phoenix was $328,350 in September. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
- President Joe Biden will be visiting Phoenix's Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. facility on Tuesday, Dec. 6. The visit will celebrate the facility's "first tool-in." The event marks when the facility is ready for the first piece of manufacturing equipment to be moved inside. This is President Biden's first trip to Arizona since he was sworn in as president. - A Phoenix Police Department officer shot and killed a man on Tuesday around 11:00 p.m. The incident occurred near 16th Street and Southern Avenue. According to officers, the man allegedly displayed a firearm while officers gave multiple commands for the man to exit his vehicle. A gun was reportedly recovered at the scene.
