Recalled Starbucks Espresso Drink May Contain Metal Fragments
The Starbucks Vanilla Espresso Triple Shot drink was sold in seven states, including Arizona, Illinois, and Florida.

PURCHASE, NY — Pepsico Inc. is recalling more than 200 cases of Starbucks Vanilla Espresso Triple Shot energy drinks because the beverages may contain metal fragments, according to a notice posted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The recalled product, sold in 12-bottle cases, was distributed to retail stores in Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. According to the FDA, the recall includes 221 cases.
The ongoing voluntary recall was initiated in August and posted publicly on Sept. 8. The recall number is F-1724-2022.

Consumers who have the product on hand should not consume it. They can also return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
