Here are the top three stories in Phoenix today:

  1. The City of Phoenix will hold a runoff election to decide two City Council positions. The runoff election is needed because neither candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote total. The positions are for District Six and District Eight. The runoff election will be held on Mar. 14. (KJZZ)
  2. The Maricopa County Attorney's Office reports that a man has been indicted in connection to a road rage shooting that resulted in the death of an 8-year-old girl. The incident occurred in Phoenix on Oct. 27 near 16th Street and Greenway Parkway. The man has been charged with second-degree murder, three counts of endangerment, and attempted second-degree murder. As of Tuesday evening, the man's identity had not been released.   3. The Phoenix Art Museum has announced a new curator position dedicated to local art. Christian Ramirez, a Tucson native, will be the new curator. According to Ramirez, the position will initialize the integration of local art into the museum. (KJZZ)
