On Sunday 1/4, from 6:30-8pm, indulge in 45 minutes of Gentle Yoga and a 45 minute Sound Bath. Starting with grounding and breathwork, then easing into a gentle practice you will find your way back home to the body.
After gently moving the body, enjoy an immersive listening journey to soothe and relax your mind, body and soul. This full-body experience uses different sounds and frequencies to invite deep relaxation and rest.
With the use of Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, sea and wave drums, monochord, harmonium and voice, Jennifer invites you to go within and find a deeper sense of calm.
