Harbor Bay Proposal for New Club, New Homes Gets Airing at Planning Board

Local residents raised questions about traffic, loss of views.

Harbor Bay Isle Associates' proposal to replace the existing club with a new, larger one in the Harbor Bay Business Park and to build 80 homes on the club's present site got an airing Monday night at the Alameda Planning Board meeting.

Harbor Bay officials offered a glimpse of what the new project might loo like, while local residents asked questions about traffic, loss of views and other issues, according to an article published today on The Alamedan website.
