• Delays sidewalk repair ordinance, approves CSI Mini-Storage lease (alamedapost.com) — Alameda’s City Council just approved a new collections policy, delayed using property liens for sidewalk repairs, and accepted a major five-year homelessness strategy that expanded shelters and services citywide. Council also okayed a lucrative short-term lease for CSI Mini Storage at Alameda Point and highlighted where unhoused residents can now get direct help at the Alameda Main Library.
