Berkeley Marina To Host Lien Sale
Vessels can be viewed in advance of the auction on the K-Dock at the Berkeley Marina.
BERKELEY, CA — The city of Berkeley will host the Berkeley Marina vessel auction Wednesday, March 8 from 11 a.m. to noon on the lawn at the Marina Office at 201 University Avenue, the city announced on its website.
Vessels can be viewed in advance on the K-Dock Tuesday, March 7, from 2 to 4 p.m., Wednesday, March 8, from 9-10:45 a.m. or online here. Vessels must not be boarded while viewing or during the auction, the city said.
According to the city, successful bidders will be required to submit a $500 fully refundable deposit in the form of cash or a cashier's check to the City of Berkeley Marina, until the vessel is removed from Berkeley Marina after the 10-day wait period.

The schedule of vessels is subject to change prior to auction and vessels are sold "Where Is, As Is." Vessels do not have a berth at the Berkeley Marina and must be removed immediately after the 10-day wait period.
