BERKELEY, CA —Evacuation orders have been lifted for boats and docks at the Berkeley Marina, according to a Berkeley police spokesperson.
However, the tsunami advisory issued earlier Saturday remains in effect early Saturday evening.

More than 100 residents from the immediate area were evacuated Saturday.
Early Saturday morning, a mandatory evacuation order was issued because of the tsunami warning, which was related to the underwater volcanic eruption on Tonga in the South Pacific nearly 24 hours ago.
