Berkeley PD Transparency Hub Launches New Traffic Safety Page

Residents can submit traffic safety concerns directly to the Traffic Bureau using the survey application on the interactive dashboard page.

BERKELEY, CA — Berkeley residents have a new way to submit concerns to the police department's traffic bureau with the launch of Berkeley PD's new Traffic Safety page on the BPD Transparency Hub.

"We aim to have informative, constructive, and relevant conversations about how we can improve traffic safety in the city we serve," Berkeley PD said in a news release announcing the launch. "We welcome everyone to check out the new page where you will find traffic related data in the form of calls for service, reported collisions, and traffic stop data."

Those who wish to take a deeper dive, can utilize the interactive dashboard to compare the occurrences of traffic incidents with enforcement and education efforts of the BPD.
