Earthquake Rattles Bay Area
The early morning earthquake was reported just before 3 a.m. Did YOU feel it?
BERKELEY, CA— A magnitude 4.3 earthquake struck Berkeley early Monday morning, according to the United States Geological Survey. The temblor was reported just before 3 a.m.
The quake woke residents across the Bay Area and was felt as far away as Sacramento and Salinas. No injuries were reported, and a tsunami warning was not issued as a result of today's earthquake.
As of 5:45 a.m., BART trains were delayed due to a track inspection following the quake.
