Jewelry Stolen From Robbery Victim Near UC Berkeley
The street robbery happened Sunday night.

BERKELEY, CA — Police are investigating a robbery that occurred near the University of California, Berkeley on Sunday night.
According to police, the robbery took place around 8:50 p.m. in the 2600 block of College Avenue.
A male person wearing a ski mask and a dark blue "Berkeley" sweatshirt reportedly approached someone on the sidewalk and stole jewelry and other items from his victim.

The suspect then fled northbound on College Avenue and then westbound towards Telegraph Avenue.
