Missing 11-Year-Old Berkeley Boy Sought (Updated)
Jari Clay was last seen at about 8 am in the area of the 2500 block of Telegraph Avenue, police said.

Update: The Berkeley Police Department on Wednesday night said the boy has been located.
BERKELEY, CA — Authorities are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 11-year-old Berkeley boy, police said.
Jari Clay was last seen at about 8 am in the area of the 2500 block of Telegraph Avenue, police said.

He is about 5-foot-2, weighs 68 pounds, and is possibly wearing a white (with light blue tie-dye) hooded sweatshirt and black jeans and cream colored shoes.
Clay is known to frequent Emerson School and is familiar with Malcom X Elementary school and King Child Development Center (1939 Ward Street).

He may also be headed to the City of Oakland.
Anyone with information about Clay’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Berkeley Police Department or the nearest public safety agency.
