At-Risk Berkeley Man Sought

BERKELEY, CA — Authorities are asking for the public’s help locating an at-risk Berkeley man, police said.

Todd Kerr, 65, was last seen Monday at the 7-Elevyn store at 2350 Harrison Street in Oakland, police said.

Kerr is described as a white man, around 5-foot-10 and weighing 180 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen wearing a grey beanie, a grey and green plaid shirt and black pants.

He is known to frequent Castro Valley, San Leandro and Hayward, police said.

Anyone with information about Kerr’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the police.
