1 Arrested, 4 Cited At Beverly Hills DUI Checkpoint
The Beverly Hills Police Department recently set up a DUI checkpoint.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA — One person was arrested for drunken driving and four others were cited for driving without a driver's license during a recent checkpoint in Beverly Hills, police said Tuesday.
The checkpoint was conducted from 8 p.m. Friday to 2 a.m. Saturday at North Santa Monica Boulevard and Crescent Drive. The checkpoint was set up for DUI and driver's license enforcement, police said.
- 1,630 vehicles passed through the checkpoint
- 206 vehicles were screened
- one person was arrested on suspicion of DUI
- four people were cited for driving without a license
