Updated: BB Gun Shooting Spree in Beverly Hills

The early a.m. incidents occurred along La Cienega, Robertson, and Wilshire boulevards.

Several store windows were shot out with BB gun pellets in Beverly Hills and a nearby area in Los Angeles early Friday, authorities said.

Police began receiving reports of the vandalism about 3 a.m. along a stretch of South La Cienega Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Among the businesses vandalized was Fast Toys in the 1800 block of La Cienega Boulevard. The business provides rentals of exotic and classic cars, a number of which were displayed in a showroom, but none apparently was damaged.

In nearby Beverly Hills, several incidents were reported along La Cienega, Robertson and Wilshire boulevards, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.

Police believe the suspect or suspects fired from a moving vehicle. No arrests were reported.
