BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Summer is almost over for Beverly Hills public school students. The first day of school in the Beverly Hills Unified School District is Tuesday, Aug. 13.
Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change. Here is the list of dates to know for the 2024-25 school year.
First day of school: Aug. 13
Labor Day: Sept. 2
No school (Rosh Hashanah): Oct. 3-4
Staff development day: Oct. 17
Veterans Day: Nov. 11
Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 27-29
Pupil free day: Dec. 20
Winter Break: Dec. 23-Jan. 3
Semester begins: Jan. 6
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: Jan. 20
No school (Purim): Feb. 14
Presidents Day: Feb. 17
Spring Break: March 31-April 4
Memorial Day: May 26
Last day of school: May 29
