Life RX Fitball Challenge — Can YOU Do This?
Welcome to the new Life RX Wellness Challenge! In this video, Yuris demonstrates an advanced stability drill using the fitball — a powerful test of balance, core strength, hip mobility, and lower-back control. The challenge is simple to understand but very hard to perform: kneel on the big fitball and rotate your body side-to-side without losing balance.
This movement forces your nervous system, hips, core, and spine to work together. It improves proprioception, activates deep stabilizer muscles, and helps release stiffness in the lower back. It’s also an excellent assessment tool for discovering weaknesses, asymmetries, and mobility issues.
⚠️ Warning: If you have active lower-back pain, poor balance, or instability, please skip this exercise. Start with beginner fitball drills first. This challenge is designed for people who already have good control and want to push their training to the next level.
