• Store Capital buys San Jose private school building for $63M (therealdeal.com) — A Campbell-based education company, Spring Education Group, has sold the San Jose campus building of its Basis Independent Silicon Valley Upper School for about $62.6 million in a sale-leaseback deal. The Arizona investor, Store Capital, will now own the property while the school continues operating there, reflecting ongoing reshuffling of Bay Area private school real estate.
