(eastbaytimes.com) — Residents on Mona Way, right on the Campbell–San Jose border, say Campbell’s side quickly clears lived-in RVs while San Jose’s temporary tow-away zone only briefly reduced encampments before vehicles returned. San Jose officials tout broader successes of the OLIVE enforcement program citywide, but neighbors near Campbell remain frustrated by persistent safety, sanitation, and parking problems on their side of the street.
