San Jose Police Release Video Of Burglary Suspect

SAN JOSE-Police released video today of a burglary at a San Jose home in September and are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect.

The burglary happened around 2 p.m. on Sept. 15 at a home in the 2500 block of Sherlock Drive near Coyote Creek Trail, police Sgt. Enrique Garcia said.
The suspect forced his way into the residence through a rear sliding door, according to Garcia.

A four-minute video captured on the home’s surveillance system showed a man in his 20s wearing a white short-sleeve collared shirt, black gloves, dark-colored pants and black and white shoes.
The suspect was also seen on a cellphone where he repeatedly said, “It’s locked from the inside,” and a small dog was barking at him.
