Carlsbad-Based Business Wins Award for Acupressure Product

Carlsbad-based Aculief, a patented wearable acupressure for active lifestyles designed and developed by San Diego company Leardon Solutions, announced it won the 2013 Best of West Press Award at the Natural Products Expo West.

Aculief applies pressure to the LI4 acupressure point located between the thumb and forefinger. The LI4 has been used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve tension and promote energy. In addition to helping with tension, health imbalance and discomfort, the product has been known to promote natural well-being through circulation of the body’s natural flow of energy.
