Pacific View Corporate Center, a two-story Class A office building in Carlsbad — housing tenants SynteractHCR., a company that outsources clinical research, and RF Micro Devices, a company designing and manufacturing high-performance radio frequency solutions — has been sold for $22.3 million to Drawbridge Realty Trust of San Francisco.
