Carlsbad Property Values Up 2.47%, Says County Assessor
The San Diego County Assessor's office reported property values were up 3 percent overall in San Diego County.

The San Diego County Assessor released data Thursday showing a 2.47 percent increase in property values in Carlsbad as of Jan. 1, 2013.
Carlsbad's increase is a little under the county's average of a 3 percent increase in all property. This will likely will produce an additional $3.9 billion in property taxes.

- Carlsbad - 2.47 percent
- Chula Vista - 3.40 percent
- Coronado - 2.46 percent
- Del Mar - 6.82 percent
- El Cajon - 2.98 percent
- Encinitas - 3.69 percent
- Escondido - 2.69 percent
- Imperial Beach - 3.27 percent
- La Mesa - 3.25 percent
- Lemon Grove - 2.96 percent
- National City - 4.80 percent
- Oceanside - 2.27 percent
- Poway - 3.40 percent
- San Diego - 4.25 percent
- San Marcos - 4.05 percent
- Santee - 2.82 percent
- Solana Beach - 2.50 percent
- Vista - 2.77 percent
