Carlsbad Property Values Up 2.47%, Says County Assessor

The San Diego County Assessor's office reported property values were up 3 percent overall in San Diego County.

The San Diego County Assessor released data Thursday showing a 2.47 percent increase in property values in Carlsbad as of Jan. 1, 2013.

Carlsbad's increase is a little under the county's average of a 3 percent increase in all property. This will likely will produce an additional $3.9 billion in property taxes.

  • Carlsbad - 2.47 percent
  • Chula Vista - 3.40 percent
  • Coronado - 2.46 percent
  • Del Mar - 6.82 percent
  • El Cajon - 2.98 percent
  • Encinitas - 3.69 percent
  • Escondido - 2.69 percent
  • Imperial Beach - 3.27 percent
  • La Mesa - 3.25 percent
  • Lemon Grove - 2.96 percent
  • National City - 4.80 percent
  • Oceanside - 2.27 percent
  • Poway - 3.40 percent
  • San Diego - 4.25 percent
  • San Marcos - 4.05 percent
  • Santee - 2.82 percent
  • Solana Beach - 2.50 percent
  • Vista - 2.77 percent
