Help Wanted: Carlsbad Village Association Friday Night Live Coordinator

Love live music and a community vibe? Carlsbad Village Association is looking to hire a contractor to coordinate all aspects of "Friday Night Live," a weekly, outdoor, live music program in Carlsbad Village.

The job scope is listed as follows:

• Expand existing musician contact list (to be provided by CVA)
• Schedule and supervise 3 to 4 quality musicians to perform on the sidewalks in the Village for two hours each Friday evening
• Coordinate with businesses for power sources if needed
• Pay musicians $40 for two hours and collect receipt of payment (The contractor will be provided with payments for musicians).
• Collect Form 1099s from musicians
• Announce scheduled musicians each week on the Carlsbad Village Facebook page
