RV Violators Get Tickets Starting Tomorrow
RV and oversized vehicles breaking the city's ordinance got warnings, but starting Aug. 1 Carlsbad police will be citing violators.
The following is from the City of Carlsbad Police Department's Facebook page:
Tomorrow, Aug. 1, we begin citing for violations of the new RV and oversized vehicle ordinance. Until today, violators have received a warning. The ordinance restricts overnight parking between the hours of 2 and 5 a.m. If you are a resident with a RV or oversized vehicle, or you plan to visit one of our hotels - don’t fear - you can get a permit.
