$100,000 In Grant Money Available In Hayward

HAYWARD, CA — Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced that it will be accepting grant applications for local initiatives in Hayward as part of its InCommunities Fund.

For the second year in a row, AWS is making $100,000 available to support community projects and programs in Hayward focused on areas such as STEM education, economic development, environmental sustainability, and community health.

Hayward residents, schools, and organizations are encouraged to apply for grants of up to $10,000 by December 15, 2024. The initiative aims to give back to communities where AWS operates, helping to improve quality of life and support innovation.

A virtual seminar, the AWS InCommunities Hayward Fund Launch Call, will take place on Zoom on Oct. 10 at noon to provide guidance for applicants. Register here for the seminar.
