Beloved Two-Day Fall Fest Returns

A popular fall-themed festival gets underway this weekend in the East Bay.

CASTRO VALLEY, CA — An East Bay September favorite is happening this weekend: the Castro Valley Fall Festival.

Celebrating its 53rd year, the Fall Festival returns this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The free, family-friendly event features live music on two stages from a variety of bands and musicians, plus myriad local vendors and booths, a kids' zone, and food and beverage offerings.

The event, which is expected to draw thousands, will take place on Castro Valley Boulevard between Redwood Road and Santa Maria Avenue.
