CVSan: Valley Palms Receives Green Neighbor Community Award!

Congratulations to Valley Palms, the latest multi-family community to be certified by Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSan) in the Green Neighbor Community Recognition Program! The program recognizes local multi-family communities who practice the 4Rs – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Rot (organics) to help make Castro Valley a healthier, and more sustainable place to live and work.

When speaking about how they do so well in reducing waste, Valley Palms multi-family property owner, Jack He said, "Tenants are happy to separate recycling, organics, and garbage. They just need to obtain the knowledge of separations. Please keep educating your tenants by sending them flyers, emails or text messages.”
