Deputies Asking for Help Locating Missing San Lorenzo Man

Kent Murray's bicycle is also missing.

SAN LORENZO, CA — Sheriff's deputies are asking for help locating a 59-year-old black man from unincorporated Alameda County who has been missing since Thursday.

Kent Murray, who is 6 feet tall, 180 pounds with brown eyes and black and gray hair, was last seen at about 7:30 a.m. at his home at 1173 Via Coralla in San Lorenzo. He wears glasses and a short full gray beard.

Murray's family got concerned when he failed to pick up his children from school Thursday. None of Murray's family members or friends has heard from him since, sheriff's officials said. Family members told deputies that it's unlike Murray to go somewhere without telling anyone.
